Big thanks to Elite Overseas Services and mr. Ashish Chadha in particular for the help and guidance on the way to becoming permanent resident. With their help I was able to go through quick and efficient process of getting my permanent residency even though I thought that all hope was lost due to the immigration program I was aiming for being shut indefinitely by CIC at that time.
