Canada has now introduced Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) for visa-exempt foreign nationals as a new entry requirement which will become mandatory from March 15, 2016. Except U.S. citizens and travelers with a valid visa, all other foreign nationals require an eTA to fly to Canada.
