Draw #106: A few steps to break ITA annual record
The Government of Canada keeps its record mark in its recent draw held on December 12th. Altogether 3,900 Express Entry candidates were invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence, with the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 445. This round of invitation puts the total number issued in 2018 at 85,900 or just 123 invitations away from last year´s record. Despite of that, the Express Entry Annual Target for this year is 74,900 invitations and it has been overtaken 2 draws ago.
All candidates who submitted their profile before the tie-break November 28, 2018 at 09:51:43 UTC, with CRS score above 445 received and ITA in this invitation round.
The CRS score is the same in relation to the last draw, and it is important to remember that there are several ways for candidates to improve their scores: one of them is including a provincial nomination that results in 600 additional CRS points. By the way, linking Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) have been extremely active and innovative in 2018.
