In its new, rare, and commemorative draw, held on September 24, 2018, the Government of Canada issued 400 invitations to apply (ITA) to candidates in the Federal Skilled Trades Class. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for this draw was 284.

All candidates who submitted their profile before the tie-break February 18, 2018, at 12:31:16 UTC, with CRS score above 284 received and ITA in this invitation round.

Introduced in January 2015, the federal Express Entry system has helped the Government to manage its immigration process and offer a better rank for its applicants. Along these 100 draws, more than 170,000 candidates were invited for permanent residency, attracting high skilled workers that drive innovation and economic growth in Canada.

Altogether 7,800 ITA’s were issued in September 2018. The Express Entry Annual Target for this year is 74,900 invitations. So far, 62,500 ITAs were issued by IRCC.
